RAISER 2021 invites authors to submit unpublished research works for oral presentation that is scheduled on July 6 – 7, 2021 in Penang, Malaysia. Research works in the scope of this conference are welcomed to submit full-length papers to RAISER 2021. All papers should be written and presented in English with a paper length of minimum eight (8) printed pages including figures and references. Authors are required to ensure the manuscript sent to RAISER 2021 to be free from plagiarism. To facilitate the preparation of full paper and the full paper submission process, please consider the following guidelines mentioned.

Submission Method

Paper Reviewing Process
• The peer review process employed is double-blind which is to ensure that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous during the review process.
• The outcomes of the review reports shall be monitored and verified by the Technical Committee.
